The company delivers tailored project management services for creative events, performances, and campaigns as well as pioneering its own events and projects to support industry development while also operating as a specialist recruitment agency connecting young artists, graduates, and early-career creatives with professional opportunities across the arts and entertainment industries.

Atypical Community CIC delivers inclusive, accessible community projects using performing arts, creative movement, and wellbeing-based programming. We empower children, families, and marginalised groups through creative expression. Our work is supported by a collaborative relationship with Atypical Creative Ltd, which provides professional recruitment and outreach pathways for young performers to deliver their practice within community settings. Our aim is to reach children, young people, and families who face barriers to accessing arts and fitness opportunities.
